Bulk cargo

Port of Aalborg is one of Denmark's busiest bulk cargo ports. Each year, we load and off-load around 2.5 mio. tonnes of dry and liquid bulk cargo. Our state-of-the-art installations, facilities and equipment ensure efficient handling of your cargo: whether it be gravel, gypsum, salt, grain, foodstuffs, oil, fuel, fertiliser or vegetable and mineral oils; whether it is arriving by sea, rail or road. 

In order to make best use of the port, we have five terminals distributed across our five port areas in Aalborg and the surrounding area. These terminals have ideal facilities for storage of both dry and liquid bulk cargo, inside in tanks, warehouses and storage facilities as well as outside on storage sites.

We will help you through the entire process, from screening and handling to storage and then distribution.
